Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the products.
If the deadline has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returned Products

Returned products must be:

• unused and in the same condition as when received

• in the original packaging

• accompanied by all original tags, accessories, and packaging materials

If the product does not meet these conditions, we may reject the return or offer only a partial refund.

3. Right of Withdrawal – EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Return period: The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the last item in your order.

How to return items: Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items. The items must be returned within 14 days of the approval of your withdrawal request.

Refunds: We will refund your payment using the same payment method used for the original order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof that the items have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including custom-made or personalized items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, or digital content that has already been accessed.

5. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If the product is damaged or faulty, the return is free of charge.

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please check with your bank or payment provider, and then contact us.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, please return the original item and place a new order.
