1. General

This online store, Lauta Fingerboards, Business ID 3571788-8, Korteniityntie 60 B 21, 40740 Jyväskylä, operates and manages the website lautafingerboards.myshopify.com.
These terms apply to the use of the store and the ordering of products.
By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products and Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€).
We reserve the right to change product prices, shipping costs, and terms without prior notice.
If there is an obvious pricing error (e.g., a technical error), we reserve the right to cancel the order.

3. Ordering

An order is placed in the online store by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the payment at checkout.
An order confirmation will be sent by email once the payment has been approved.
We reserve the right not to accept an order, for example if the product is no longer available.

4. Payment

Payment methods available in the online store are provided by Paytrail.
The order must be paid in full before delivery.

5. Delivery

We deliver orders to Finland and other EU countries.
The delivery time is usually 1–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
If product delivery is delayed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.
